Our orders are processed through Paypal which is one of the world's foremost payment processors with millions of customers.  They provide the secure payment processing that keeps your card details safe.  You do not however need a Paypal account to shop with us as we accept all credit and debit cards directly through the site.

Our returns policy is the same as Ann Summers and is essentially, dealt with by Ann Summers directly.

Any faulty product may be returned to us within 3 months for replacement or gift voucher.

Any clothing product may be returned to us 3 months for exchange or gift vouchers as long as the tags are still intact.
