Q. Would I have to buy my kit?

A. NO Ann Summers rent you a kit valued at £500,which you return if you should leave.

Q. How much is the kit rental?

A. £3.50 per week, until you either bank £1200 [5-6 parties] or have paid a maximum of 32 weeks.

Q. How many nights do I have to work?

A. As many as you like. Working for Ann Summers means working for yourself…it’s your own business…..you work when you want to. The more parties that you do = the more you will earn.

Q. What happens if I am on holiday?

A. Catalogue folders work for you and earn you money while you are away. You must place a minimum of 1 order per month to keep your account active.

Q. How do I get my parties?

A. Most people start by having a party at home and by asking F.R.A.N [Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances & Neighbours] to host parties. Canvassing, school gates, anywhere you go where ladies are present-talk Ann Summers. People do want parties. There are special hostess incentives to ensure that you get further bookings from the parties that you hold.

Q. Is there a minimum order value?

A. No your Ann Summers driver will deliver everything free of charge to your door.

Q. How much will I really earn?

A. 23% on party orders, which is £57.50 on an average £250 party.

Q. Do I get a discount on my personal orders?

A. Yes Organisers get 30% discount from the Company.

Q. Doesn’t your husband mind you doing this?

A. No. Ann Summers is a job that fits around your family-you work when it suits. If you have children-he can look after them in the evenings, while you get a break. Meet lots of women, earn £50-£60- on average and have fun. Plus he will probably love the fact that you get a discount and work in a safe environment-no men!!

Q. Do I have to drive?

A. No. Although it is an advantage. Some of our most successful Party Organisers do not drive. They have a friend or partner who can help with lifts, or a raffle can pay taxi fares.

Q. Do I have to go to lots of meetings?

A. Unit Meetings are held once a month. They are fun and informative and will help your business. You get to meet the rest of your team, pick up prizes, swap tips and ideas, and get motivated.

Q. Could I become a Unit Organiser and get a Company Car?

Yes. Everyone starts as a Party Organiser and everyone has the same chance of Success within the Company.
