Returns and Privacy Policy

Our returns policy is the same as Ann Summers and is essentially, dealt with by Ann Summers directly.

Any faulty product may be returned to us within 3 months for replacement or gift voucher.

Any clothing product may be returned to us within 3 months for exchange or gift vouchers as long as the tags are still intact.
